My Parent’s Love
Just
as the flowing water
That
can’t be stopped by anything;
Is
the boundless love
Of
one’s mother and father.
The
sun glows by day;
The
moon shines by night;
But
all day and night, shines with radiance;
My
parent’s love and care.
They
have given me gifts and surprises;
Made
me who I am;
They
are like a treasure, all desire-fulfilling;
They
are my friend, and my companion.
The
parent’s love for me;
Neither
will it disappear, nor will they forget me;
The
serpents and demons can’t carry it off;
The
powerful can’t accuse it;
Or
the robbers can’t rob it.
Whether
visible or invisible;
In
all its height, depth and breadth;
Nothing
is greater
Than
my parent’s boundless love.
Here,
I stand wishing to be of help;
But
as I stand or sit; walk or lay;
So
long as I am awake;
Will
not forget to wish you long life,
And
ongoing happiness forever.
